• Please be informed that there will be a 4-hour closure at Snow City on Thursday, 24 October from 1pm to 5pm for a Media Launch Event.
  
• 1 Hour snow play: 10am to 1pm (last admission at 12pm)
• 2 Hour snow play: 10am to 1pm (last admission at 11am)

Notes:

• This ticket is open date with expiry stated on the ticket.
• Includes: winter jackets and boots, subject to size availability.
• Note: It is compulsory to wear long pants and socks.
  
• For Bumper Ride:
  - Children must be above 0.9 meters to join the activity. Children between 0.9 to 1.2 meters must be accompanied by a paying adult in the same car.
  - Each car can accommodate two passengers with a maximum combined weight of 200 kilograms.
  

Experience's Remarks:

• No personal cameras are allowed in the snow chamber. Kindly approach the official photographers for photo-taking.
  
• Redeemed tickets are valid for single-day use at Snow City during its normal operating hours; not valid for special events or separately ticketed events. 
  
• This voucher and/or the redeemed ticket(s) is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
  
• Admission is subject to Snow City’s visiting guidelines listed online and displayed at its ticketing counter.
  
• Snow City reserves the right to reject vouchers/redeemed tickets that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
  
• Snow City reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Please proceed to Snow City ticketing counter to redeem admission tickets upon presentation of this confirmation code. The ticket has to be used on the date of redemption.
