Flyers Eligibility:

• Flyers must be 7 years of age and above
• 120 kg maximum if under 1.8 metre tall
• and 140 kg maximum if over 1.8 metre tall
• Expectant mothers are not allowed
• Participant should not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Participant should not have history of shoulder dislocation, back or neck injury
• All flyers must complete the Waiver Form.
• Flyers are required to bring along their Identity Card and/or passport for verification purposes
  
• Flyers below 18 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian or bring a copy of the waiver form signed by parent/guardian
• Flyers must check-in 1 hours before the flight time as all flyers need to attend professional training to ensure safety throughout flight experience.

Additional Remarks:​

• Advanced reservation of at least three days is required. The booking confirmation is subject to availability. Please send an email to [email protected] for a reservation request.
• Voucher is not valid to redeem on Saturdays & Sundays (12:00 - 17:30), Public Holidays & 26th December. Customer will have to pay iFly Singapore S$30.00 during the check-in if they want to fly during the Normal timings.
  
• SPECIAL: Present your booking confirmation at the venue, and be eligible for two complimentary photographic bonuses.
  
• Be attired in t-shirts, shorts, jeans, or pants.
• For ladies, it's advised to not wear skirts or dresses
• Wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers/track shoes (rental available on site at S$4 per pair of socks and sneakers)
• Avoid wearing necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, and any other loose articles inside the wind tunnel
• Strictly no photography or videography allowed directly in front of wind tunnel
• Photos and video on USB will only be issued upon presenting the booking confirmation slip or receipt. Please note that a minimum of 15 minutes is required to process the high-resolution photos and/or video
