Notes:

• Guests to arrive 20 minutes prior at the Adventure Cove Waterpark Entrance OR
• If in the park, guests to check-in 15 minutes prior to the programme in swimming attire at Dolphin Island Entrance
• An observer's ticket is available for those wanting to watch the activity but not get involved
• Suitable for non-swimmers. Flotation devices are optional
• Wetsuits will be provided for all programs
• Personal photography and video are not allowed
• Professional photographers are available onsite and will provide photographs for a fee
• Please note: All packages are only available for non-Singaporean passport holders
• Bring appropriate swimwear to be worn under wetsuits
• DO NOT apply any type of tanning oil or sunscreen before entering the water
• Do not bring any food or drinks into the park

Activity Information

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 2 business days. Once confirmed, we will send the voucher via email.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once confirmed, no cancellations may be made
• No-shows will be charged. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time will be considered as 'no-show'
• In the event of inclement weather, all outdoor attractions will be suspended temporarily for the safety of guests and Team Members
• Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to cancel or amend program content for reasons such as severe weather, water conditions and animal well-being

Additional Information

Guests:

• Will be required to shower prior to entering any pool or experiencing any attractions
• Must be at least 115cm in height to participate in any attraction
• If age 13 - 20, must have a parent or guardian (age 21+) to authorize participant
• If age 0 - 12, must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant
• There must be no more than 3 children accompanied by 1 adult

Terms and Conditions

• Ticket is valid for 7 days after purchase
  
• Dolphin Observer is exclusively reserved for guests with friends or family participating in the Dolphin Discovery and Dolphin Adventure interaction programmes
• Suitable for proficient swimmers
• Children must be 4 years old and must be at least 115cm to participate
• Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (above 21). (Maximum accompanying ratio is 3 children to 1 adult)
• To ensure an enjoyable experience, the group size will be kept small. Guests who come in a large group may be split into separate groups
  
• Guests are advised to stay within the observation area allocated to them for safety reasons
• Guests are not allowed to bring in their bags and other loose items, such as jewellery and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc). Small lockers are provided to store your loose items. 
• Photography and videography will not be allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for purchase of photographs
• All programmes are weather permitting and subject to change
• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark and Dolphin Island

• ​Due to the stricter measures announced by government to COVID-19, Dolphin Island will be closed to all visitors from 06 April 2020 until 04 May 2020
