Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date and time.
• To use: present the ticket printed or digitally for admission.

Experience's Remarks:

• To ensure an enjoyable experience, the group size will be kept small. Guests who come in a large group may be split into separate groups.
  
• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted.
  
• All programmes are weather permitting and subject to change.
  
• No photography and videography. Official photographers are provided during the program.
  
• Additional height and age restrictions apply at select Dolphin Interaction Programmes.
  

Terms & Conditions:

Dolphin Discovery:

• Guests are required to bring their own swimsuit and towel to participate in the programme.
  
• A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorise participation for all programme participants who are below 21 years old.
  
• Children below 12 years old who have met the height requirement must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant at a ratio no greater than 1A : 3C.
  
• Children who have not met the height requirment of 110cm must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1A:1C.
  
• Guests are not allowed to bring in their bags and other loose items, such as jewellery and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc).
  

Dolphin Encounter:

• Suitable for children under 4 years old with an accompanying paying adult.
  
• Children below 13 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult participant. (maximum accompanying ratio is 3 children to 1 adult.)
  
• A parent or guardian 18 years old and above must be present to sign for all programme participants below the age of 18.
• Interaction is on land with some splashing of water, guests can choose to bring a small towel to dry up
  

Dolphin Obvserver:

• An accompanying paying parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present for participants who are below 21 years old.

• Photography and videography will not be allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for purchase of photographs.
• Participants are required to be in swimming attire and footwear to enter. Wetsuits will be provided. Personal wetsuits will not be allowed for use.
  Life jackets, masks and snorkels will be provided. Participants may choose to bring their own mask, snorkel and fins.
