Terms & conditions:

• Guests aged 0-6 are not allowed to rent scooters
  
• Guests aged 3-7 can be a pillion rider
• A Complete Release of Liability form must be signed before participants can rent the e-scooter. All guests aged 0-17 must have their form signed by their guardian. Please obtain the form from the staff
• You are required to bring a Photo ID and the operator reserves the right to request for identification documents or to deny access without one
• For your own safety, guests with the following conditions will not be allowed to ride, including but not limited to: heart conditions or abnormal blood conditions, extreme vertigo, recent surgery or easily aggravated conditions, expectant mothers, intoxication, epilepsy
• Hirer is fully aware that scooting a electric scooter on streets poses a risk of accident due to motorists, pedestrians, and road conditions, and rider must keep a proper lookout to avoid such accidents.
• Hirer shall remain liable for any liability, property damage, personal injury, injury to others, damages, penalties, fines, losses, and/or expenses of any kind whatsoever.
• Hirer is fully responsible for his/her own risk and hereby releases the operator of any responsibilities/liabilities of any injury and/or losses including death.
• The operator reserves all rights to refuse the hiring of electric scooters and/or to extend the time of hiring.
• Damage and repair cost will be charged upon return and inspection. We do NOT charge for scratches and flat tyre, damage referring to broken parts. Generally cost around (S$30-S$100)
• Maximum liability for damage or loss of scooter is S$800.00.
• All electric scooters shall return punctually.
• Exceed 15mins will automatically charge for another hour of rental
• All bookings and sales are final. No refund.
