• Please note that vouchers labelled as "Child" are also applicable for "Senior". If you purchased a "Senior" voucher and received a voucher labelled as "Child", the voucher is still valid
• Free admission for toddlers age 2 years old and under for Theme Park and SEA LIFE
• For toddlers aged 2 years old and under, RM 11 will be charged for the entrance to Water Park. The toddler will receive 2 swimming diapers
• Please note that your admission into the park might be delayed if your E-tickets doesn't display properly via your mobile. For hassle-free admission especially during peak season, you may print your voucher for admission instead

• SEA LIFE 10:00-18:00 daily

Additional Remarks:

• For those who require wheelchairs, rental options are available at the Mini Market for an additional cost
• Admission to some attractions and rides have height and age restrictions. This information will be available on-site

Safety & Precautionary Measures:

To ensure the safety of all guests LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort had its employees trained in covid-19 specific programmes and implementing the safety protocol as follows:

• Tickets remain open dated, however there will be on site capacity limit to better apply the social distancing experience for guests (approximately 3000 visitors a day / 25% park capacity with first come first serve basis)
• If arriving by car, there are instruction regarding parking arrangement
• There will be the signage located all over the resort to remind the guest key safety message and instructions
• There will be the mandatory temperature checks before entering the resort
• There will be social distancing measures applied to queue, in the dining areas, theater, and rides.
• There are capacity limit for indoor experience
• Suspended and modified some experiences and facilities to ensure the social distancing is maintained
• Revised SOP in order to reduce the proximity of our employees to guests
• Installed hygiene screen at many service counters and food stalls
• Hand sanitizer introduced throughout the resorts
• Introduced enhanced cleaning and disinfect for hi frequency touch-points
• Introduced deep cleaning measures in the event that a person present themselves with symptoms consistent with COVID-19
• Introduced personal protective equipment for all staffs
• Introduced new menu that emphasis on Grab & Go options

Guest are advised to do the following when visiting the park:

• ​Guests are encourage to book tickets online to reduce the physical contact by buying ticket at the counter
• Guests are advised to check the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website and social media before visiting for the latest information
• Prepare the contactless payment method you preferred as it's encouraged to pay contactless rather than cash
• Recommended by Malaysia's health authority please bring and wear the suitable facemask/covers, face mask will also be available at the attractions you can ask for it.
• Guests are advised to not visit the attraction when showing or start showing symptoms associated with COVID - 19
• Guests are requested to uphold the highest possible hygiene standards, whether it be when sneezing or coughing, and thorough regular hand washing or frequent application of sanitizer

Activity Warnings:

• The park will not close in the event of typhoons; however, certain outdoor rides will be closed in case lightning within very close proximity to LEGOLAND occurs
• Re-admission is not allowed for single park tickets
