General Information:

• The Bat Trang Pottery Village can be visited on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only
• The Ethnology Museum can be visited on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays only
• Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the stipulated time
• The host will not be liable for any loss of valuable items

What to wear:

• Modest, comfortable set of clothes
• Good pair of shoes

What to bring:

• Face towel
• Hat/Cap
• Camera
• Bottled water
• Extra clothes

Hotel pick up conditions:

• Please reconfirm your pick up time at least one day before the tour date on the local host emergency hotline provided in the voucher.
• You are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the final assigned time at the designated meeting point
• For any amendments about the meeting/pick up arrangements, you will be contacted beforehand.

Warnings of the Activity:

• In case of extreme weather conditions, the itinerary may be changed or the tour may be cancelled.

Safety and Insurance:

• Children under two years of age may come free-of-charge however, they will have to share the seat and meal with the accompanying adult. Please state this under 'Remarks' during payment.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
