• No ticket gates are present at Hong Kong International Airport. It is not necessary to scan QR code for entry. Scan your code at your exit destination
• Eating and drinking is prohibited inside the train
• Most airlines offer a check-in service at the station so you can check your bags in at Hong Kong or Kowloon Station from 90 min up to one full day before your scheduled flight, meaning you can fit in a few more hours of stress-free sightseeing!
• Make sure to sit in the carriages at either end of the train (car 1 or 7) to use the free in-seat laptop and phone chargers, and don't forget, free WiFi is provided for all passengers too!

• Please refer to your voucher for validity and voucher must be redeemed before expiration
• One-way tickets must be used on the day of redemption
• For round-trip tickets, the returning trip must be used within 30 days after the first date of use
• Child tickets are available for one-way tickets, but children and adults are charged the same for round-trip ticket
• Free admission for children under age 3, child tickets are only available for children ages 3 - 11, proof of age is required when boarding
• Tickets must be redeemed by the lead traveler. Native will not be held liable for any loss or delay due to insufficient information provided by travelers
  
• To use: Download the QR code from your e-mail. Scan your QR code at the Airport Express turnstile. Please increase the brightness of your phone's screen to ensure proper scanning

Terms and Conditions:

• This open dated ticket is only valid up to 90 days from the date of purchase, whereas the second journey must be completed within 30 days from the date of the first journey
