- The tour drop off is in Manly. You can then get the ferry back to Circular Quay at your own expense
- If the supplier cancels a tour either before or during the day, guests on this particular tour will receive a full refund
- If a customer has attended the Official Home and Away Tour on either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and did not see filming, then a free tour will be offered in the future on a guaranteed filming day. There are strict rules in relation to this, which are presented on your voucher once you have booked
