How to Use
Step 1: Select the Date, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours
Step 4: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant to redeem your purchase
Know Before You Go
General Information:
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date selected
- You must present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the main entrance
- You will receive a confirmation email and voucher after booking
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
- You are required to wear socks in the park at all times
- If you forget to bring your own socks, you can purchase them directly at the park (MYR6)
- Adult ticket: Age 13+
- Child ticket : Age 2-12
- Infant aged 0-1 can enter free of charge
- Adults ticket only comes in a package inclusive of 1 Adult + 1 Child tickets.
Safety & Insurance:
- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying guardian aged 18+ at all times
- Every child aged 0-2 can only have up to two guardians
- Children who are suffering from flu, cough, colds, skin disease, or are afflicted by other injuries and infectious diseases are requested to postpone their visit to the park until they are completely well
