Travel aboard MV Sydney 2000 or John Cadman 2, and discover the magic of Sydney at sundown. Enjoy a 3 course Australian a la carte dinner on board, including wine, beer and soft drinks. Cruise concludes at approximately 18:30 at King Street Wharf 1, Darling Harbour. Dinner menu includes Shared mezze plate - kalamata olive, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, balsamic oils and breads as the entree. Warm vegetable timbale with kumera, quinoa, sun dried tomatoes, cranberries, chickpeas and pumpkin seeds served with infused lime and dijon mustard. Together with Tasmanian grilled salmon fillet, accompanied by dutch carrots and asparagus, served with capers and lemon oil. Chicken kale, marinated chicken breast, kale stuffing with blended herbs and onion served with chicken jus for the main course, and Orange and chocolate flourless cake, chocolate orange indulgence served with butterscotch sauce. Dessert consists of slow baked lemon and lime tart, soft citrus flavours served with a dollop of mascarpone cream.
