General Information:

• Free admission for children aged 0-5 and under 115 cm in height, maximum of 2 children per passenger​

• Half priced tickets are available for those who are 65 years old or older, aged 6-12 and height between 115-150 cm, aged 6-12 but taller than 150 cm and those who hold a Disability ID along with their guardians or accompanied person

• For participants with ID cards or resident certificates, please buy half priced tickets from the staff on site

• Half priced tickets are only available for Taiwanese travelers

• Please keep seated and fasten your seatbelt at all times when bus is in motion

• Smoking on-board the bus is strictly prohibited

• Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus
  Raincoats will be provided to all passengers in case of rain

• Please remain seated when the bus is in motion at all times and do not lean out or place your arms outside the bus at any time

• In case mechanical failures, coaches will be substituted to continue the tour without further notice
  

Operational hours:

Red line: 

• Non-rush hour: 9:10am - 4:30pm, runs every 40 min
• Rush hour: 4:30pm - 8:00pm, runs every 30 min

Blue line:

• 9:40am - 4:40pm, runs every 40 min
