Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The voucher is valid for 1 or 2 days
• The voucher is only valid to use on the selected date and time
• The voucher is only eligible for guests that are not in the free admission criteria
• To use: Present your voucher directly at the palace entrance for admission ID prove may be needed.

• Palace operation time: 09:00 to 17:30
• Estate of Trianon operation time: 12:00 to 17:30
  
• Gardens operation time: 08:00 to 18:00
• Coach Gallery operation time: 12:30 to 17:30
  

Attraction's Remarks:

• The Gardens close at 5:30 PM on Saturdays for the Night Fountains Show, from June 15 to September 21, 2020
  
• Please note that the gardens are not accessible without a ticket to the fountain show on the mentioned dates. The access to the gardens is only free for children 0-5 years old on these days
• Wearing a mask is compulsory for visitors to the castle
• Due to COVID-19 measures, the audio guide must be downloaded from the attraction's website. You will not receive a physical audio guide
  
• Please note that you may experience some waiting time at the security check at the entrance of the Palace of Versailles
• In high season, the Palace can be very crowded in the morning; go to the gardens first, then go to the Palace in the middle of the afternoon
  

The attraction is free of charge for guests that:

• Under 18 years old and EU citizens under 26 years old, in both cases it is not necessary to book a ticket but a valid form of identification is required
  
• Free of charge for guests 0 to 5 years old when the day that Gardens Show or Fountain Show perform. Guests 6 years old and above will need to buy the ticket to enter.
