• You must present a printed voucher for this activity
• Guests who leave the park and plan to return within the same day must have their hands stamped at the exit. The hand-stamp and admission ticket must be presented to re-enter
• Lockers are available for rent for PHP100 per day on a first-come basis. These are located beside the changing rooms inside the park. Please pay the operator directly in cash
• A first-aid team is always on standby during operating hours. The first-aid facility is located beside the food court
  
• Children under 3ft can enter for free
• Bringing of outside food and drinks (including water) into the park is prohibited. The food court inside the park offers a wide variety of fast food at affordable prices. Numerous food carts are also located throughout the premises
• Slides and attractions have height and physical capability requirements. Management reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility and safety of the rider

Redemption process:

• You must present your voucher in exchange for your entry ticket at Counters 2 and 3
• Any government-issued photo identification must be presented for ticket exchange
• The lead traveler must present one valid ID for ticket exchange
• The name on the voucher must matched the valid ID of the lead traveler
