How to Use

Step 1: Select the number of days of your trip. Minimum 3 days.

Step 2: Native will revert to you within 48 hours

Step 3: Payments will only be processed once the booking has been confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS

Step 4: Present your e-voucher at one of the redemption counters to receive your Wifi device

Step 5: Refer to the user manual within the device package for connectivity instructions
Step 6: Upon your return to KLIA, you must return the Wifi device at one of the redemption counters

General Information:

Activation begins on the date of travel. Kindly select the date of travel when booking

The duration of the router activation follows Malaysia time (GMT+8), your router will be deactivated on the last day of your booking at 23:59

The WiFi is regionally activated for the following countries: UAE, Bangladesh, Balin, Mainland China, Hongkong China, Indonesia, Israel, India, Jordan, Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Laos, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, Macao China, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singpore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Kuwait、Tajikistan, Oman, and Brunei

You are obligated to be responsible for the safe and timely return of your pocket Wifi. If the wifi device gets lost, stolen or severely damaged, please inform us. In such an event, you may be liable to pay for the cost of the device - up to RM 350

Terms & Conditions:

Any orders for equipment must be placed at least two (2) days before your actual use date

No deposit needed for all Malaysians (Foreigners need to make a refundable cash deposit of RM350 when you pick up the device and this deposit will be refunded within 7 working day after the device is returned in good condition.)
