How to Use

Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours

Know Before You Go

General Information:

  • Adults are considered as being 1.2 meters tall and above and can choose between 24 hours tickets or 48 hours tickets 
  • Children tickets can be bought on the spot
  • Operating hours: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm daily
  • The validity period of your bus ticket will start after you've redeemed it at the counter, not after you've taken your first ride

Important Notes:

  • In order to gain entry, please show the provided voucher at the Big Bus service kiosk No. 2 located on 766 Nanjing East Road
  • This is 5 minutes walking distance from exit 19 of People’s Square Subway Station
  • There you will receive your tickets to hop on hop off the different lines and a booklet with a map of the 3 different routes and their timetables

Cancellation Policy
