Know Before You Go
General Information:
- Adult Ticket is required for those taller than 1.4 meters
- Children’s ticket can be bought for those between 1 metre to 1.4 metres tall on-site
- Those under 1 meter can access for free when accompanied by an Adult
- This is a dated ticket and can only be used on the specific day and date booked
- Tickets can only be used once and re-entry is not allowed
Important Note:
- You are required to present your passport for your ticket redemption, don't forget to bring it along with you

- Ticket counters are open from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm daily
- Show your e-voucher at the ticket office to exchange for physical entrance tickets
- Ticket Offices are located within the Shanghai Tower Sightseeing Hall
