How to Use
Step 1: Select the Date, Timing, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Native will revert to you within 15 minutes
Step 4: Payments will only be processed once the activity has been confirmed
Step 5: You will receive your booking voucher within the next 24 hours
Step 6: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity
Know Before You Go
Remember to bring:
1) Sunblock
2) Hat
3) Sea sickness pill (If you've experienced motion-sickness before, we highly recommend you to take the pills 30mins before 7.00am)
4) Change of Clothes (you might get wet)
5) Drinking water
P.S: Be there 10 mins before your starting time for a quick safety briefing! Please do not be late as we have other guests participating in this trip too. For the benefit of you and our guests, we will start promptly at the starting time.
Note: If it rains, we will take shelter until the storm rolls over, which usually takes 20-40mins. So keep 1100-1330 on the day of your trip appointment free, in case of rain delays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund allowed. Cancellation with at least 10 days prior the visit date will get full refund. No refund will be given when cancelling within 0 - 10 days prior the visit date. It's advised to not cancel last minute to avoid any issues or rejection of cancellation request.
