• The ticket is open date and valid for 60 days (2 months) from the day of purchase.

What To Bring:

• Sunscreen
• Change of clothes inc towel
• Phone in specialised waterproof bag
• Water minimum 1.0L
• Cash to pay a cab, if you aren't using an app
• Do put these all in a waterproof bag or if you don't have that, then in plastic bags into a bag that you don't mind getting wet
  

What To Wear:

• Long-sleeve and long tights, for mozzie protection and even tan
• Wide brim hat or minimally baseball cap
• Sunglasses or specs should have loops
• Covered lightweight shoes or minimally, rugged outdoor sandals. Do not wear slippers. The ground is slippery and may have sharp fragments. We will not be liable for any injuries sustained from improper footwear.
  

Tour's Remarks:

• First up, this is not a spa or hotel experience -- You have signed up for an adventure tour, so there will be some adventure prep to do! There will be some setup work before, and portage work after to get the kayaks to the vehicle pick-up point.
  
• Some of our tours are from point A to B (not round route). Because we use inflatables, we can pack them up at the end point and you wont have paddle back to the start point. For these tours, it finish from the end point, and you will need to find transport back to start point, if you parked there.
  
• Secondly, as with all outdoor activities, you may get minor cuts and scrapes. If you do not abide by our attire listed above, we will not be held liable for compensation for small injuries. While we are insured and our trained guides will do their utmost to take care of you, should get your own accident insurance prior to all outdoor activities.
  
• Lastly, by signing up you consent to your pictures being used in our marketing collateral, whether on social or in ads, unless you expressly request us not to.
  

Terms and Conditions:

• ​This activity is not allowed for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• You consent to your photos being used for promotional purposes, unless you tell us not to
• Kayakers must be aged 3+. Foiling participants must be aged 13+.
• Ability to swim is not necessary
• We do not take soft reservations
• Slots will be confirmed only upon 100% payment
  
• Please arrive 15 mins before the start time
• Look for our guides at the lorry
  

Cancelation Policy:

Please read carefully, as your downpayment constitutes acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.

• Inclement weather: In the event of heavy rain at the start of the tour, we may postpone it if it does not lessen. Your downpayment is non-refundable but is transferable to a new date. If there is rain mid-way through, we will continue (as long as safe).
• Minimum pax: We start all tours with a minimum payment for 5 pax / $700 total. If we are unable to get at least 5 pax / $700 total, we may postpone the tour to another mutually-agreed date. Your downpayment will be transferable to your new booking. If you cannot / choose not to make it on a later date, your downpayment is not refundable.
• Sickness or other reasons
  - If you pull out of Group Tours more than 3 days (72 hours) before, your downpayment will be fully transferable to a new booking date. It will not be refundable if you cannot / choose not to make a new booking.
  - If you pull out of Group Tours less than 3 days (72 hours) before,
  a) and it had not yet reached the cap of 16 pax, your downpayment will not be refundable, but will be fully transferable to a new booking. (If you cannot / choose not to make it on a later date, your downpayment also is not refundable.)
  b) and it had already reached the cap of 16 pax, your downpayment will not be refundable nor transferable to a new booking. This is because your reserved slot/s had prevented others from signing up. You may book a new tour with us, with a 15% discount for repeat customers.
  - For Private Tours, pricing per person is based on numbers kayaking. The final charge will be readjusted based on the numbers present that day.
