Borders of Bordeaux revisits the classic style of an Old Fashioned to produce a twist that infuses wine into a cocktail using modernistic techniques. This cocktail has the fragrant sweetness of cherried rum, with lights of chocolate bitterness and subtle aroma of Bordeaux Claret.

Awaken your senses with the Iberian GT, a hybrid cocktail that combines fruit-infused flavours of our housecrafted white Sangria with a floral Japanese gin. The light fruity flavours are deepened with fresh rosemary and a dash of homemade pomegranate syrup to bring out the botanicals in the gin.

Ophir Sour:
The Continental Sour was sometimes known as the Southern Whiskey Sour - a cocktail concocted in Chicago that dates back to the 1880s. Ironically, it found fame during the Prohibition in New York's speakeasies, and later came to be adopted as the New York Sour.
We pay tribute to this classic with a modern Asian twist, adding a hint of lemongrass and a smooth fruitiness of our homemade cerise cold-pressed vinum. The Ophir Sour hits home with tarty and fruity notes, and progresses into a dark whiskey-emboldened body of citrusy freshness.

Under its disguise as a purified crystal clear liquid, this “dangerously” delightful drink is a chocolate martini that is molecularly extracted with 87% dark chocolate, vodka and a hint of mint for a smooth and refreshing cocktail perfect for dessert.

- What are your delivery charges?
The Delivery Charges is included for the DIY Cocktail Kits Booking - I can’t wait to receive my drinks! How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible and most orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours upon payment. As our cocktails are handcrafted with the finest ingredients, in the unlikely scenario that we need more time to prepare these, we will inform you accordingly. - Can I choose my delivery day?
Do let us know in your order notes if you have a specific request on delivery days for special occasions such as gifts, and we will try our best to accommodate these as long as we have at least 48 hours (with the exception of Sundays) to fulfil the order. If there's a chance that nobody will be home to receive your order, you may also share delivery instruction with us. - Can I change my order after payment is made?
We understand that sometimes, in the excitement of online shopping, we might make mistakes on our order (we’re online shoppers too)! We regret that while we currently do not do cancellations or refunds, we can accommodate order amendments, so long as you notify us within six hours of your order. We seek your understanding that changes will also be subject to availability. - How long can I keep the cocktails for?
Our cocktails are made with the freshest ingredients, so we always recommend consumption within the week, but can be stored for up to 14 days in the refrigerator. - I’d like to gift my order. Can I add a note to my order?
