• The Non-Direct Entry Ticket is open date, with validity until 28 July 2024 for Singapore Residents and 31 July 2024 for Non Singapore Residents.
• Amazon River Quest Boat Ride is valid until 5 August 2024
  
• To use: 
  - Direct Entry Ticket: Present the ticket printed or digitally at the entrance for admission.
  - Non-Direct Entry Ticket: Pre registration required, the link is in the e-ticket.

• Daily 10:00am - 07:00pm

Experience's Remarks:

• For visiting on the same day of the booking, please book the open date ticket and pre register by yourself.
• For direct entry ticket there is a process time, this package have cut off time 24 hours, kindly book 1 day in advance before your visit.
  
• Free of charge: Children two years of age and under.
• A typical visitor may spend 2 to 3 hours at the park as River Wonders occupies 12 hectares.
  
• Visitors may bring stroller or wheelchair into the park. However, if taking Amazon River Quest, please note that you’ll need to park the stroller before the boarding point of the ride.
  
• Keep distance and do not approach animals. as they may get scared and attack out of fear.
  
• balloons are not allowed in the park as they may disturb or annoy the animals, should they burst
  
• Food options are available at our restaurants, but some guests may need to bring their own food into the park for various reasons. Picnic areas are available for guests to sit and relax at Boat Plaza and various locations along the park where benches are located.
  
• No feeding are allowed. Feedings will be administered by the aquarists or keepers only
