General Information:

Tickets/vouchers information:

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for admission.
• Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the day.
• Handstamp and ticket are required for re-entry.

Experience Remarks:

• The number of guests per group will be no more than the maximum allowed by current government restrictions
• Clothes with zipper or studs are not permitted in the pools and slides.
• Please ensure that all valuables and loose articles are secured in lockers provided for a nominal fee.
• Personal flotation devices are not permitted. However, basic swim goggles and baby aided floating devices are permitted
• Flotation device for adults and life jackets for adults and children are available free of charge in the waterpark
• Swim masks are not permitted inside Adventure Cove Waterpark
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside the park.
• First Aid is available inside Adventure Cove Waterpark under the Whirlpool Washout attraction.
• Beach towels are not provided in Adventure Cove Waterpark
• No pets or animals are allowed within our premises, with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities
• Production cameras are not allowed inside the Waterpark
• Baby Care Centres are located at the entrance plaza (near the lockers area) and Grotto level 2
• Indoor and outdoor shower facilities are avaialble. Indoor shower facilities are available in the male and female washrooms

Advisory for visiting Dolphin Island:

• ​Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark must enter the park 45 minutes before the programme and arrive 30 minutes prior to the programme at the Dolphin Island entrance.
• Participants of the 10am session are to arrive outside of Adventure Cove Waterpark 30 minutes before the session start.
  
• A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorise participation for all programme participants who are below 21 years old.
• Children must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant.
• Photography and videography will not be allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for purchase of photographs.
• Loose items including handphones are not permitted into Dolphin Island strictly.
  

Operating hours​​:

• 10:00 to 18:00 Every Friday - Sunday (from 11 Oct - 31 Dec 2024, with exception on 13 Dec).
• All other days 10:00 to 17:00.
• Operating hours are subject to change.

Recommended attire:

• Swimsuit/bikinis ​Board shorts
• Swimming trunks

Activity Warnings:

For the safety of guests in the event of poor weather with lightning, all outdoor attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark may close temporarily. Adventure Cove Waterpark does not close based on weather conditions.​

• There are height, weight, and/or health restrictions for various attractions
• Children under 122cm must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Age and height restrictions apply at select attractions. Full information is available at the guest lobby.
