- Please be informed that due to the Car Free Sunday event taking place on Sunday, March 17th, 2024, there will be changes to the services provided by Big Bus & DUCKtours.
- Congestions are expected and tours will be re-routed. There will be delay during this period

Tickets/Vouchers Information:
- The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected tour date and time.
- To use: show the ticket printed or digitally before any Big-Bus Singapore buses stops to start the tour.
* Once used the pass have validity for 1 or 2 days depending on what pass is purchased.
* For night tour, meet up at Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall, Singapore (5:30PM) show the ticket printed or digitally before the tour.

- Big Bus Singapore tour operate on Thursday - Tuesday Closed on Wednesdays
- If you have purchased the ticket on 1pm on Tuesday, you will still be able to use the ticket until 1pm Thursday
