Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date
• Child under 100 cm not require ticket
• To use: present the ticket printed or digitally before the tour

Pick-up information:

• Meeting time: 7:30am to 8:30am (Pick-up time may be adjusted depending on the location of your hotel. Please refer to the exact pick-up time on your voucher)
  
• If your hotel is within Da Nang downtown area the pick up is free of charge
• Pick up areas outside Da Nang downtown will incur additional fees to be paid directly to the guide
• If your hotels are not located within transport range, please meet at Novotel Hotel (36 Bach Dang st, Da Nang)
  
• An additional fee of 200,000 VND per group (round-trip) will apply to:

• Meeting time: 07:30 - 08:30 am local time to be adjusted depending on accommodation
• Tour Duration is 7 hours approximate
• Return time: 04:30 - 05:00 pm local time to the pick up point or other drop off point

Tour's Remarks:

• Travelers will be informed of their exact pick-up time one (1) day prior to departure at 6:00pm via email or mobile messaging app
  
• If the number of participant does not meet, the tour will not be organized. Travelers will be informed 1-2 days before the travel date
  
• If your hotel is not located within transport range, please arrive at the designated meeting location on your own.
• If you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to notify us so we can best accommodate you.
• Please note that this is a shared tour, actual starting and ending times may vary depending on hotel locations. If the driver has not arrived at the designated time, please contact the driver using the information provided on the voucher.
• Surcharges apply to transfer services to/from hotels in remote regions. Exact prices are dependent on the operator and will be calculated after booking is confirmed

In the view of recent COVID-19 situation, to ensure the safety of all guests, the operator has implemented all the necessary safety & precautionary measures. However guests are required to take note of the following:

• Guests are required to install PC-Covid app and must be presented to enter all Vietnam establishment
• Guests are required to wear mask
• Guests are requested to uphold highest hygiene practices
• Guests are kindly advised to not join the tour when feeling ill
