Attention:​

• The Whirlpool Washout located at Adventure Cove Waterpark is unavailable from 1 st March 2018 until further notice. 

• Clothes with zipper or studs are not permitted in the pools and slides.

• Please ensure that all valuables and loose articles are secured in lockers provided for a nominal fee.

• Personal flotation devices are not permitted. 

• Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside the park.

Safety and insurance:

• For the safety of guests in the event of poor weather with lightning, all outdoor attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark may close temporarily. Adventure Cove Waterpark does not close based on weather conditions.​

• Children under 122cm must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

• Age and height restrictions apply at select attractions. Full information is available at the guest lobby.

Important Information:

Transfer Pick-Up:

1. Please be ready at least 15 minutes before the stipulated pick-up time.
   
   
2. Kindly inform your arrival to the Hotel Concierge Desk staff and inform that you are waiting for a tour pick-up. Please look out for the driver carefully as vehicles are not allowed to stop.
   
   
3. If you do not see the vehicle or driver at the stipulated pick-up time, please call the Emergency Contact provided, or (+65) 6738 2622, immediately. In the event that you have missed being at the Concierge Desk at the scheduled pick-up time, your booking will be declared as a no-show and is strictly non-refundable.
