• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected tour date and time.
• To use: present the ticket printed or digitally to the tour operator at the meeting location.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking and stairs.
• Entry into the abbey requires a strict dress code covering the knees and shoulders for both men and women.
  
• The activity provider cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress.
  
• If you are traveling with an infant, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own infant or child seat.
  
• There is a free shuttle between the Mont St Michel coach parking and the town. In Spring and Summer, you may be required to wait due to the popularity of the site.
• Please note that you will need to download an app to listen to the audio guide on their phone. Once downloaded, the audio guide can be enjoyed offline.
• Download the app prior to the tour, bring headphones, and ensure that your phone has enough battery power.
• Download instructions will be provided in your voucher after booking.
