Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected date and time.
• To use: present the ticket printed or digitally to the operator before the activity.

Operational Hours:

• Daily
• Experience duration: 1 or 2 hours.

Experience's Remarks:

• Please provide reachable email address in the remarks field if you are using (apple or facebook to sign up a Native account).
• Or provide phone number that can be reached with WhatsApp in the contact field.
• Native team will reach out to inquire some information to place the booking of the tour, if you are not reachable the booking will be canceled.
• Excludes admission fees of photographer if shooting in paid attractions, and photographer's travel expenses if shooting in multiple locations.
  
• Your professional photographer will be assigned to you within 24 hours after booking confirmation. Contact details will be sent via email.
• Communicate directly with your photographer to agree on the meeting point.
  
• You will receive an email once your photographer has uploaded all photos in an online platform. Shortlist the photos you want edited.
  
• Receive another email when editing is complete, and high-resolution photos are ready for download.

• Cancellation of at least 7 days to 72 hours before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation within 72 hours before arrival: 50% refund.
• Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply.
• Any cancellations falling outside the above policy are strictly non-refundable.
