Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected use date and time.
• To use: show your voucher printed or digitally to the staff at the hanbok store.

• Daily 9AM - 7PM
• *operational hours might differ during festive dates (i.e. Christmas Day)

Experience's Remarks:

• Please provide passport full name and gender during check out.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your selected time slot. Refunds will not be granted to cancellations due to late arrivals
  
• Adult prices apply to all ages. Hanboks for children under 12 are provided on-site (availability is not guaranteed)
  
• Customers must leave a cash deposit and their passport before renting a hanbok. Renters may leave a copy of their ID and a ₩50,000 deposit per hanbok or their original ID and ₩10,000 deposit per hanbok
  
• Cash deposits and passports will be returned at the end of the rental period. Surcharges apply for damages or visible dirt on the hanbok
  
• Please note that Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays
  
• Overtime:
  - In the event of delayed returns, there is an additional charge of ₩10,000 per hour. No refunds will be granted if you return your hanbok early
  
• Special Hanbok Accessories:
  - Basic accessories are available free of charge. Special accessories may be rented at ₩2000 per item
  
• Try-Ons:
  - Each customer will be allowed 2 hanbok fitting chances. A fee of ₩2000 per fitting applies to customers who wish for additional fittings.

• Children must be accompanied by paying adult/s at all times.
