Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected date and preferred time.
• To use: show the ticket printed or digitally at the store.

• Daily 9AM - 10:30PM (last entry 7PM)

• Uniform Sizes:
  - Women: XS–4XL
  - Men: XS–2XL
• Please note that sizes for children are not available, the smallest size is suitable for travelers who are around the age of high-school students
• Due to limited capacity, luggage storage will not be available at the store. Travelers may use lockers at Jamsil Station if needed
• Uniform designs cannot be selected or reserved in advance; please choose from the available designs on-site
• Travelers must leave a cash deposit (₩5000 per uniform) and passport (1 for each group) before rental. The deposit and your passport will be returned to you at the end of the rental period
• It is recommended to depart early as the rental shop is located on B1 and customers may have to spend some extra time locating it
• Please arrive at the rental store 10 minutes before your reserved time slot; late arrivals may have to queue on-site
  
• A surcharge will be added if there are any damages to the uniforms
  

Surcharge:

• Jacket & Backpack Rental
  An additional surcharge of ₩5000 per piece applies for backpack and jacket rental; fees to be paid in cash on-site
  
• Try-Ons
  Each customer may try on 2 outfits. An additional fee of ₩2000 per outfit will be charged if customers wish to try on more than 2 outfits
  
• Overtime
  Uniforms must be returned within service hours. A surcharge of ₩10,000 per day applies for exceeding the rental period. Please note that no matter the amount of time that has been exceeded, it will be considered as 1 day. A surcharge of ₩20,000 will be charged if you exceed the duration for more than 1 day. Refunds will not be granted if uniforms are returned earlier.
