How to Use
Step 1: Select the Date, Timing, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Native will revert to you within 15 minutes
Step 4: Payments will only be processed once the activity has been confirmed
Step 5: You will receive your booking voucher within the next 24 hours
Step 6: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity
Know Before You Go
General Information:
Tickets/Vouchers Information:
- The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date and time.
- To use: present the ticket printed or digitally at the store.
Operational Hours:
- Daily 9AM - 7PM (last entry 6PM)
Experience's Remarks:
- Adult and child tickets are the same price, hanboks for children ages 1 - 12 are limited in stock and subject to on-site availability
- Cash and passport deposit will be required at the time of rental. Choose one of the following two as deposit:
- Printed copy of passport & deposit of ₩50,000(cash only)
- Passport & deposit of ₩10,000(cash only) - Cash deposit and passport will be returned at the end of rentals. If any cleaning or repairing is required, additional surcharges will be applied
- Female hanboks are available in the following sizes: XS/S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL/ 4XL
- Male hanboks are available in the following sizes: XS/S/M/L/XL/2XL
- The number of each hanbok design is limited. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your activity time to pick your preferred hanbok
- Photos taken in store are only allowed with hanboks you've already rented
- Travelers agree to pay in full and upfront. Note that additional surcharge will be applied if the product is damaged.
- Please be informed that refunds are not given for early returns
- Winter season in Korea can get very cold. Travelers are recommended to bring warm clothing
Surcharge:
- Special accessory
Basic accessories (e.g. hair accessory, ribon, purse) are free of charge. For special accessories (e.g. Kings hat, Gisaeng hat, Gat, dress underskirt, puff skirt), an additional fee of ₩2,000 will be charged on-site per item - Overtime rental surcharge
Surcharge of ₩10,000 per hour will be applied to overtime rental. If not notified in advance, an additional fee of ₩4,500 per hour will be charged as well - Hanbok fitting fee
To prevent any sizing issues, 2 fittings are provided for each customer. Additional fittings will be charged an extra ₩2,000 per fitting
Activity Warnings:
- Children must be accompanied by paying adult/s at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of at least 24 hours before the visiting date: 100% refund. Additional cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellation falling outside the above policy are strictly non-refundable.
