How to Use
Step 1: Select the Date, Timing, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Native will revert to you within 15 minutes
Step 4: Payments will only be processed once the activity has been confirmed
Step 5: You will receive your booking voucher within the next 24 hours
Step 6: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity

General Information:
Tickets/Vouchers Information:
- The ticket is dated and only valid to use on the selected visiting date.
- You will be contacted by Native admin regarding main dish choice and dietary restriction.
- To use: present the ticket printed or digitally for redemption.
Operational Hours:
- Daily at 7pm (Check-in: 6.30 pm).
Experience's Remarks:
- Each ticket is valid for 1 day, on the selected date of visit. Extensions to ticket validity period will not be granted under any circumstances.
- For Singapore Flyer Sky Dining booking, any amendments to the date, time or menu must be communicated to Straco Leisure Pte Ltd (SLPL) in writing no later than 3 working days before date of visit. (Email: [email protected])
- Singapore Flyer Sky Dining tickets are required for guests aged 7 and up.
- If you wish to bring children aged below 7, you have to book a private capsule.
- Singapore Flyer Sky Dining is suitable for groups of 2 to 4.
- If you wish to book 5 pax and above, you have to book a private capsule.
- All guests must arrive at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1) 30 minutes before your booked time.
- Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of our team and subject to availability.
- Please dress in smart casual attire. Shorts, slippers or flip flops are not allowed.
- Access to the Flyer Lounge is subject to availability.
- Outside food and drinks are prohibited, with a corkage fee applicable for guests intending to bring their own bottles.
- For safety reasons, candles, open flames, and balloons are not allowed in the capsules.
- To ensure a safe and delightful experience, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of flight suspension due to inclement weather.
