- The non direct voucher is valid until 14 June 2024 (Singapore Residents) and 13 June 2024 (Non-Singapore Residents).
- Direct ticket is only valid on the selected visiting date and time.
- To use: Show the ticket printed or digitally at the counter for admission.
- for Non-direct voucher, pre registration is required. register the timeslot via the link on the voucher.
- after registering timeslot, download your entry ticket and show it to the counter for admission. - Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory verification.
Operational Hours:
- Daily at 8.30 AM - 6.00 PM, Last Entry at 5.00 PM
Experience's Remarks:
- For visiting on the same day of the booking, please book the open date ticket and pre register by yourself.
- For direct entry ticket there is a process time, this package have cut off time 24 hours, kindly book 1 day in advance before your visit.
- Casual Wear is recommended.
- Indoor attraction with no wet weather restrictions.
- The activity is Wheelchair, stroller, and electric scooters accessible.
- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
- A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required
- All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at Mandai Website.
- Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park.
- Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation; In the event of dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail.
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.
- Ticket prices and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
