Step 1: Select the Date, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours
Step 4: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity

- The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date.
- To use: Please show your ticket printed or digitally for admission.
Operational Hours:
- Closed on Monday
- Tuesday - Friday timeslots: 10AM – 2.30PM | 3PM – 7.30PM
- Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday, Public Holiday & School Holiday timeslots: 10AM – 7.30PM

Experience's Remarks:
- There is no age requirement for our activities. However, children under 12 years old are required to have adult supervision in the pool. There is a minimum height requirement of 1.25 meters, a minimum weight of 30 kg, and a maximum weight of 120kg
- Recommended wears: Comfortable Wet Swimwear Dri-Fit T-shirt with Shorts.
- Guests are not allowed to be in bikinis or be bare-bodied
- Guests will need to remove any type of footwear on most installations unless stated otherwise
- Mask is not required in our facility; however, wearing a mask is highly encouraged at crowded areas
- Our facility prohibits smoking and consumption of food and drinks with the exception of plain water
- This experience is not suitable for: Anyone with heart condition and/or suffered from previous stroke, on medical drugs that cause drowsiness, pregnancy, recovering from major fractures or under the influence of alcohol.
