Unable to travel and missing Japan? Have a short getaway to Joya Onsen Cafe, where you can have a rejuvenating onsen soak filled with tea minerals! Our tea essence changes seasonally. Tea is a natural antioxidant; soaking in it weekly can naturally improve our overall health, both physically and mentally.
Our onsen refreshment includes a main dish, a drink and a dessert.
Mixed genders are allowed in our private onsen. Have a memorable onsen session with your family and loved ones in private onsen! We strongly recommend you to arrive early before your private onsen session to enjoy the public onsen with no time limit.
What To Expect
In this 1.5-hour private onsen session, you will have full access to a private onsen pool, a sauna room, a shower area and a dressing area. Yukata clothing will be provided exclusively for our private onsen customers.
Our private onsen experience includes a free 1-Day public onsen pass where you can use the public onsen before and after your private onsen slot.
Refreshments as well as cafeteria food and beverages will incur additional charges.

How to Use
Step 1: Select the Date, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets
Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments
Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours
Step 4: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity

Operational Hours:
- Daily 11am - 11pm.
Experience's Remarks:
- For ladies: Please do not come to the onsen if you have having menstruation.
- The in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been made with Joya Onsen Cafe.
Activity Warnings:
- Children must be accompanied by paying adult/s at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable and no cancellation. $2/pax penalty charges apply for every extension day after voucher expiry. The in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been made with Joya Onsen Cafe. This T&C may overwrite the default in-house booking policy or vice versa, depending on whichever date comes first.
