How to Use

Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours
Step 4: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity

- The ticket is open date with validity for 90 days from the purchase date.
- To use: present the ticket printed or digitally for admission
Operational Hours:
- Daily: 10am - 10pm (last boarding 9:40pm).
Experience's Remarks:
- Guests must be between 110cm and 190cm tall.
- Maximum weight limit is 100kg.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- The VR experience is NOT suitable for the following:
(1) Pregnant women
(2) Guest who require mobility assistance
(3) Guest who are prone to motion sickness
(4) Guest with fear of enclosed spaces
(5) Guest who are sensitive to strobe effects or flashing lights
(6) Guest who have recently undergone surgery
(7) Guest under the influence of alcohol
(8) Guest with history of Epilepsy, Heart or blood pressure conditions, Back or neck conditions - Admission will be at the discretion of the attraction host, on a first come first serve basis.
