Approximately hosting more than 2000 events per year,  it is one of the most visited attractions in Melbourne. Located in the heart of Melbourne this has become the city’s most important cultural space despite its unconventional design. Federation Square is a place you cannot miss while exploring the city.

If you do not have the time to check out all the secret alleys in Melbourne City, we’d recommend Centre Place, one of Melbourne’s quintessential laneways. Centre Place lies between Flinders Lane and Centreway arcade and is among one of the first laneways to be revitalised by the city in the 1980s. It is one of the best examples that define Melbourne’s reputation for hidden treasures. This laneway gives off a lively atmosphere with a tinge of playfulness grunge and is filled with vibrant street art, buskers, cafés, bars, and shops. You can even grab a coffee from a hole-in-the-wall at this laneway.
