The Lobby Lounge
Tuck into a hearty Peranakan feast with the Lobby Lounge’s National Day set menu ($128). Featuring the best of the restaurant’s offerings such as Nyonya Chicken Curry and Babi Pongteh, these specially selected dishes showcase the best of Peranakan cuisine and local flavours. Blue Jasmine
Enjoy a flavourful Thai-themed meal with Blue Jasmine’s National Day menu. Red and white dishes add to the festive mood, with fiery dishes such as Dry Red Curry Seabass and Glass Noodle Salad with Prawn paired with fluffy jasmine white rice. If you prefer to eat alone or enjoy single servings, the restaurant also offers a selection of National Day- themed rice bowls that can surely satiate your Thai cravings.

Soup Restaurant

GudSht
In celebration of National Day, GudSht brings four new cocktails to the table. The cocktail flavors are inspired by local favourites such as Shiok Sia, a refreshing cocktail with floral notes best enjoyed with hawker fare, and Steady Lah!, a bespoke crafted cocktail with a punch as a nod to local personality Phua Chu Kang. Whether you’re a hawker aficionado or want a taste of Marina Bay Sands, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the National Day festivities online with a cocktail or two.
