L'éclair Pâtisserie
With a range of creative flavours, L'éclair Pâtisserie, Singapore's first éclair specialty store, elevates and takes the humble éclair one step further. Borne from two Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduates, Michelle and Sarah, you won't be getting any plain 'ol pastries here. Each éclair is carefully decorated and arguably a work of art in its own right. Not only are these pastries eye candy, they also taste as good as they look. While on the pricier side, these éclairs are produced using only French butter, which result in a delicate but delightful choux pastry.
Go for the Isaphan, a floral concoction that showcases lychee and rose, or the Paris Brest, a take on the Paris-Brest that features praline cream and hazelnuts.

Lee’s Confectionary
Jurong is probably one of the last places we’d expect to find beautiful desserts, but we’ve been proven wrong. Lee's Confectionary doles out beautiful and thoughtfully prepared desserts at neighbourhood-friendly prices. The menu is small, but don't let that stop you from ordering— they've found what they are good at and stuck to it.
Nestled under a HDB block, you may not expect much, but trust us, owner Lee Yin Quan knows what he is doing. With a diploma in French pastry from Ferrandi Paris and experience working with Michelin-star chefs such as Jean-François Piège and Nina Métayer, your taste buds are in for a treat here.
Go for the JIĀO, which features luscious, sweet banana compote nestled within a banana sponge, topped with a Madagascan vanilla ganache — this is a banana cake like you've never had before. TART, a lime tart bursting with zesty flavours, is also a real treat.

Also, it's not everyday that you find Chinese tea being paired with European pâtisseries.

2am:dessertbar
Nestled in the eclectic Holland Village, 2am:dessertbar was conceived by celebrated Singaporean pastry chef Janice Wong. This destination is a playground for her to conceptualise and redefine desserts as we know them, and the offerings here are inventive, progressive, and works of art in their own right. They’re sure to delight anyone who stops by and appreciates edible artworks. Bonus points for inclusivity: this is one place you can get your vegan friends onboard with an equally exciting menu of plant-based desserts.
Their signature dessert, the iconic Chocolate H20, is a must-try. It is both decadent and refreshing, with light-as-air chocolate mousse and a sudden burst of yuzu that’ll leave you wanting more.
