Love matcha and hojicha? Bakery Brera sells Matcha Burnt Cheesecake ($8) and Hojicha Burnt Cheesecake ($8) which became a huge sensation after its launch. It is so decadent and the tea flavour is extremely fragrant, yet not too strong.
Besides the two flavours above, you can also try Brera's Classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake. You will not go wrong having their original flavour. Last on the list is Sinpopo. There are a number of outlets in Singapore now, though its original flagship Sinpopo Brand store was in Joo Chiat Road. Amongst its many other glorious cakes, is the basque burnt cheesecake.
