In one single production, The Singapore Trilogy integrates the three stories from “Are You There, Singapore?” (1974), “One Year Back Home” (1980) and “Changi” (1997) which discuss nationhood and politics in the early years of Singapore’s independence. These three plays were all written by Robert Yeo, a Singaporean poet, playwright and novelist. While the production follows the three stories, it is also inspired by the recent developments in the Singapore political landscape and is meant for the contemporary, theatre-going audience.

Sanctuary – Solo Exhibition by Justin Lim

A solo exhibition by Malaysian artist Justin Lim, Sanctuary was created as a response to being trapped in the pandemic. This body of work presents dreamlike spaces juxtaposed with the everyday life in disjointed, constructed and at times, artificial environments. This series places the human figure, painted from Lim's personal photographs of friends and acquaintances, in a field of tension between imaginary landscapes, architecture and collage-esque 'glitches'.
