Chef Akane Eno, a top Japanese sushi chef, brings the flavours of Japan to Singapore through innovative creations. Try the Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Steak Bento ($98), which promises melt-in-your mouth wagyu beef slices with crispy cubes on a bed of fluffy rice. You can also get Japanese tea ($25) or Miwa-Somen noodles ($25) to go with your meal.
