Its menu also offers dishes with Asian influences — look out for its signature soft-shell crab rojak fruit salad and maestro-crackling pork belly. Cheesecake lovers can rejoice at this new cheesecake specialty cafe. Known for its Basque-burnt cheesecakes, this dessert spot offers an extensive list of cheesecakes to choose from. Opt for its signature Olivia burnt cheesecake, featuring Valdeon cheese (Spanish blue cheese) on an almond tart. Its unique choice of cheese provides each slice with a hint of savouriness. To top it off, this cheesecake is torched to give it a smokey, caramelised touch.
Another noteworthy selection is its American cheesecake macaron, featuring orange and yuzu compote, almond sponge, and piped New York cheesecake sandwich between bright yellow macaron shells.
