The gyms are closed again, however, that doesn't mean it's time to let go of your fitness goals. While not ideal, there are many home workouts that you can do in the meantime! Here are 5 YouTuber home workouts to help you smash all your fitness goals.

Chloe Ting

If you didn't already know about her, Chloe Ting is an Australian YouTuber that has amassed a large following throughout the pandemic. It's no surprise why, with many people showing their ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures just to prove how effective her workouts are. While she has gotten a lot of flack from seasoned gym-goers, I think she's a great introduction to anyone trying to get more fit and starting up their fitness journey. However, the moves can be repetitive after awhile, so I would mix her videos up to get some variation. She is very bubbly and extremely motivating, which is great for those of us who give up a little too fast. While she touts you can get abs in two weeks following her workout, trust us, it takes a bit longer than that.

Natacha Océane

One of my personal favourites, Natacha Océane is a British YouTuber whose science-backed videos have earned the approval of the fitness community. She's truly an athlete, and her style of training incorporates a range of movements across different domains. She has different types of workouts on both her Instagram and YouTube channel, from strength-based to HIIT. She also explains the science behind certain phenomena, such as eating less calories and insufficient sleep, which is informative for those beginning their exercise journey. Her home-based workouts are also tailored to small spaces, which is great for those who are worried about making too much noise. The difficulty is intermediate, it provides a challenge without being too overwhelming.

Lilly Sabri

Lilly Sabri is a British physiotherapist, and she uses her extensive knowledge of the exercise scene to formulate workouts that are effective and safe. She talks you through the workout, which is great for those with little or no experience. Modifications are also provided for certain difficult moves, meaning it’s accessible to people of different fitness backgrounds. Of course, just like Chloe Ting, you can't expect to lose belly fat in 7 days, but keeping to the workouts and eating healthy will eventually get you there!

Pamela Reif

If you’re a fan of no-nonsense workouts, Pamela Reif, a German YouTuber, will get you going. Her workouts can be a little intense; there are no breaks between exercises! Do I hear some gasps of horror? One point to note is that she also doesn’t explain how to do the movements, so you’ll have to be a little sure of yourself before embarking on her workouts. If you’re an exercise veteran, you’ll have no problem. As one commenter said, “I walked with Chloe so I could run with Pamela”. Yep, that's exactly what you're getting into. Points for a great exercise playlist, which you'll be bopping along to long after the workout ends.

MadFit

15 MIN DANCE PARTY Home Workout | No Gym, No Problem: 5 YouTuber Home Workouts to Smash Your Fitness Goals

If you’re a fan of dancing, you’ll love MadFit and her dance workouts. This Canadian YouTuber has been a dancer for most of her life, so you can bet she knows what she’s doing when it comes to dancing. As someone who has no bodily coordination, this is certainly not my cup of tea. However, for those who find exercise a chore, it may be just right for you. She also has other videos ranging from HIIT-based workouts to strength training, which I very much prefer. Her workouts are apartment optimised, so small spaces aren’t an issue. There’s also plenty of guidance when it comes to proper form, so this is great for beginners!
