Hidden behind the back door, this restaurant was founded by Chef Asai Masashi who brings the enchanting urban allure of Japan to all who comes through the door. In the morning, the restaurant is a local food stall and by night, it transforms into a Japanese restaurant and bar, perfect for a little adventure of finding an exciting new spot. Translating directly to “grilled bird”, Bincho stays true to the name boasting a menu of meats, seasonal vegetables and seafood grilled perfectly over charcoal and fire.
