Coconut shake are an increasingly popular drink in Singapore. You may witness long queues forming at some shops, where people are willing to wait up to an hour just to purchase a cup. It may be thanks to the humid and sunny weather in our little red dot, where a cup of coconut shake definitely helps to quench our thirst and rejuvenate our souls.
From the original classics to innovative flavours like Matcha or Durian, you will be left spoilt for choice at some of these shops. Check out seven different places all offering refreshing cups of coconut shakes below!
Mr Coconut
With 17 outlets scattered around our little red dot, it is extremely convenient to find a Mr Coconut store around you. Those who love coconut shakes will know Mr Coconut is the classic go-to. Mr Coconut offers three different series: Shake Signature Series, Bubble Coconut Series and Fresh Juice Series.
Its Shake Signature Series is probably its most popular one with 6 different flavours you can choose from. My personal favourite is the original coconut shake, but if you are feeling adventurous do try out their Coconut Cappuccino Shake or Coconut Avocado Shake! Made with ice cream, coconut juice and fresh coconut pulps, their refreshing shakes will definitely leave you content. You can even opt for toppings from a wide selection, which includes black or white pearls, yogurt pearls, aloe vera, nata de coco and ice cream.
