Ramen – a dish we all know and love. Since its debut in Singapore, ramen has continued to be one of the most popular dining options among Singaporeans. With so many options out there, you’ll be spoilt for choice! Here are some of Singapore’s best ramen and where to find them: 

IPPUDO

Since its opening, IPPUDO has been focused on creating a new ramen culture in Japan and introducing Japan's beloved gastronomic culture to the world. Having arrived on Singapore’s shores in 2009, IPPUDO continues to cement its place in Singapore’s ramen scene.

Try the Shiromaru Motoaji (from $15), IPPUDO’s signature creamy tonkotsu broth served with thin noodles, pork belly chashu, black fungus and spring onions. Also exclusive to Singapore is its Veggie Ramen, home-made medium-thin eggless noodles in a hearty vegetable consomme with a dash of olive oil and served with 3 kinds of lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes and Eringi (King Oyster Mushroom). 

Various outlets have different specialty dishes, so you’ll never find the same menu at any two outlets!

Takagi Ramen

Founded in 2015 by Takagi-san, Takagi Ramen brings Singaporeans authentic, quality ramen at affordable prices. Tuck into a bowl of Hakata noodles and Tonkotsu soup boiled for over 12 hours. Takagi Ramen delivers both quality and affordability, with various soup bases for different palates.

Sō Ramen

Tsuta Ramen
