If you ever thought going vegan was all about boring green salads and tasteless nuts, you have another think coming: the food and coffee at Vego Coffee look and taste so good it’d convince you that being vegan was fun after all. As the name suggests, everything on the menu is free of animal products, from the sandwiches and cakes to the bread and the coffee. You wouldn’t be able to tell from the great taste, however, that every mouthful was so very healthy. Every plate is also beautifully-designed, with edible flowers, fig leaves, berries and other amazing intricacies that’d make you want to stare at your food more than eat it.

% Arabica as a brand has always been known for its great coffees, but this particular branch located inside the Star Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui is famed almost as much for its scenic location. Unsurprisingly, this branch is reported to sell more coffee per square meter than any other Arabica location worldwide.

Pick up your cup of delicious % Arabica coffee before boarding the Star Ferry for a ride across the scenic Victoria Harbor, an absolute must-do activity in Hong Kong, and taking that must-have Instagram shot of the % cup set against the beautiful blue waters of the Harbour.

Starbucks cups be damned - Halfway Coffee shows coffee drinkers what real class is, by serving delicious handcrafted coffee beverages in vintage Chinese porcelain teacups.

Whilst purists may shriek with the inappropriateness of serving coffee in teacups, most others love it: the stark contrast of a Western drink being served in an Eastern cup seems to reflect the essence of Hong Kong itself, a melting pot of different cultural influences fusing together in harmony.
