Very uninspiring massage, tiny waiting and change room, you're better off just using the pool as a guest. There are much better massage places in the area for a way better price. Also the response time of staff was super slow, I almost didn't get anywhere with my booking. When I complained about this I just got a curt and insincere apology and the lady walked away. Guests don't spend hundreds of dollars and hours of our time here to feel anything less than pampered. I think management need to better train its staff in customer service, these guys are not competitive.
