I truly enjoyed my dining experience here. Booking a seat wasn’t too difficult and the restaurant is located at a convenient place near metro station. Please arrive on time for best dining experience. The party next to us arrived 20 minutes late and they eat according to everyone else’s pace. Everything was delicious and there was a lot of food. Highly recommended.

In all my experience in Japan I have always thought the value proposition of high end sushi was always a little outrageous. I never could grasp by sushi shops could get away with charging 20,000 to 35,000 yen per person. I always appreciate each restaurant’s unique blend and attempt to match the Shari (rice seasoning flavor) to every piece as well as individual pieces of sushi having different rice temperature. But still couldn’t justify the high cost. However sushisho saitou showed me that high end sushi could have creativity! More so than just a sushiya sushisho saitou has a lot of tsumami (non sushi dishes) brimming with intense flavors and combinations. I highly recommend it and despite the high cost if you can score a reservation you should go!

You can experience very beautiful SUSHI at SUSHI SHO SAITO. Their interior is Modern Japanese Style. And the sushi is very beautiful. I recommend you to order the souvenir they will make special FUTOMAKI it’s like Sushi Burrito. Taste great!! It’s too hard to make reservation even for local, you need to reserve 10 months in advance.... or the only hope is try their tables for cancel on the day.

One of the best sushi restaurants I've been to so far. Reservation is a must here. It's quite an extraordinary experience sitting there watching the master of sushi does their job. Chefs meticulously prepare your sushi while staff are attentive and professional. Sushi are made of freshest ingredients.

A fantastic array of sushi dishes and the chef used a particular type of brown rice, which was unusual and still pleasing. The flavor combinations were a bit more unusual than the typical edomae sushi. The squid or Ika was incredibly smooth with a great bite. The chef was super friendly and friendly with foreigners. I was advised not to take photos during the meal, and the other guests didn't as well.
