Staff was so friendly and welcoming.Brought my little dog and ate outside and he was greeted and brought a water bowl. Glad chose this restaurant as one of my first since venturing out in time of Corona since the arrangement of seating was already great for social distancing. Really enjoyed sharing the tapas with my friend was able to get a bit of everything and everything we ordered was delicious not a single bite was left over. Great place for tapas, drinks and brunch. The atmosphere is great. Their drink menu is nice, I liked the ipa beer recommended by waitress. The food very tasty and Sunday brunch with mimosas is the best. I totally recommend.

Very cool spot for a quick bite. They have a great beer and wine selection too.

SAGANAKI is the best plate that you have to try. Delicious food and drinks. Nice environment, every time the servers are very well trained, they’re nice and know how to recommend plates and explain food. Very good service.

My boyfriend and I visited Santiago’s a couple of weeks ago for dinner and had a delightful experience throughout. We truly can’t say enough kind things about Sydney, who explained ALL of our options (reservations, walk-in, and their god-given virtual wait) when we called and made us feel like it was super normal and easier than ever to visit. We couldn’t believe how convenient it was, especially given Santiago's is ALWAYS so busy (pandemic or not.) I believe Alexis was our server’s name and she was so stellar, too. Super kind and helpful with any menu changes, and as always, the bussing staff is SO ON TOP OF refilling drinks and taking plates away! Plus, we loved the socially distanced tables — it made things a bit more special for date night! The food, of course, was wonderful — as a vegetarian, I appreciate the vast options (and I’ve gotta admit, the lamb my boyfriend ordered looked BEAUTIFUL.) We were admiring the atmosphere in the restaurant throughout our whole dinner and have been meaning to share our feedback since, especially with how exceptional Sydney was on the phone. We wouldn’t have ended up coming for dinner that night if she hadn’t been so helpful. My boyfriend and I both work in marketing and were thoroughly impressed with the customer experience from start to finish. You truly have excellent people representing your restaurant. A man at the table next to us even said the Santiago’s team gave him a shirt because he got rained on — it was storming like crazy but everyone was enjoying finally being “out” again with the best food and drinks.
